Area where bins are enclosed and bins are not being cleaned. The area is now infested with flies and as a result homes are being affected.

This has been going on for months, in fact the cleaning staff neglect the bin enclosure and surrounding area ((Kelshall Court ) regularly to the point that it has become a problem,
