Bin refuge area for flats at 47 Chelmer Road - door broken and unable to open effectively

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Door has been pushed in and so unable to open and store bins properly in the correct way. Bins are now not being taken for this reason as you can’t physically get the rubbish out! The door needs to be fixed. This has been the case for 3 weeks
