Need for recycling & litter bin provision, please

Recycling & litter bins are needed for the attractive new 'plaza' in front of Dalston Eastern Curve Garden, which has been provided with a set of several comfortable benches, now in frequent use; also there are many passers-by, entering & leaving the place
