Abandoned vehicle parked in a bay, with no number plate reg.

This car has been here for over 21 days, it looks abandoned. Previously had plates, but the person has removed them from the vehicle. This is safety hazard as it takes a bay up, which leaves residents in the area parking in front of their doors.
