Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

There is a bin on the pedestrian area with no lid on, foxes often climb up, pull out bags of rubbish and tear them apart - leaving rubbish all over the street. This happens regularly. Suggest the bin is either removed or replaced with a more secure bin.
