Constant smoking cigarettes & weed

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The large multi storey flats next door to 102 Tottenham road.

The ground floor continuously smoke cigarettes and weed at all hours. The stale smoke smell as a result seeps into nearby properties. Which as i have a newborn baby is a huge concern.
