Dogs are not kept on leads in Shepherdess Walk Park

Despite the recent notice, the park is used as an exercise ground and toilet for dogs. People do not want to use the park and children are not safe. These are not just small dogs. The activity starts from 07.30 in the morning and is unacceptable
