Repeated dog fouling on Laburnum Street south side pavement

In the last 3 months there has been new dog foul almost every day on the south side pavement of Laburnum Street between Kingsland Road and the Bridge Academy. This is so inconsiderate and unhygienic. The pavement is also covered with dried older dog foul.
