Heavy fast traffic causing terrible noise during night

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

During the night cars and buses drive in Lordship Park, often at a high speed. This causes a noise that makes impossible sleeping and wakes up my son. I am sure that they are faster than a normal speed for a city road. Is there a way to limit their speed?
