Rubble being dumped in park

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3741590.

Company called Hyperoptic are installing cables on the pavement outside the houses. They are digging up rubble, putting it in buckets, climbing over the fence and dumping it in the park, on the grass and trees. They have 2 vans parked on Sewdley Street.
