Floor brickwork is broken

On Regents canal just of Andrews Road E8, there is a brickwork on the floor that's broken.

This is a danger to the public. I think it needs replacing with new brick and mortar. Thanks for your help Hackney Council in fixing GODS WORLD 🌎 #
