Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Very loud shouting all night, every night from clients of the Pirate Club. Regular, frequent intoxicated groups screaming, shouting and playing music from personal stereos and cars at 3, 4 + 5am during the week. Even larger groups at weekends.
