Overflow bins and excess waste

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Bins have been regularly collected but in the last couple of weeks overflow from bins remain on the bin area floor and have not been cleaned. Generally flyaway rubbish has not been cleaned in the surrounding areas. Due to the heat the stench is very strong
