Noxious hydrogen sulfide smell in the neighbourhood

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

There is a persistent, noxious, rotten egg smell of hydrogen sulfure in the neighbourhood. Outside of Limehouse Lodge, by the end of Southwold Road. It it present both outdoors, and inside flats. This has been ongoing for over a week now.
