Flat 20 retreat house,E9 6RY,keep 3 dogs locked at their patio from 7 am until after midnight. I complained to sanctuary housing without a reply. Poo and urine makes the place stink and make my flat stink. Tenants never clean their dogs poo and urine

  • I can see the tenants at flat 20 trying to clean the dog poo with a shovel. It still,stinks a lot. They dont sound happy to be cleaning their dogs mess
