Alleyway: 1 section not cleaned for weeks

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3722664.

Between 83 and 119 Church Walk the alleyway has not been cleaned for several weeks. There is a lot of letter and dog mess. We have seen a couple of rats!
