Noise, extreme at times

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Since just before 7pm Sat 30 July ongoing again till now. (Commenting at 00:15 Sunday) No escape from this noise. Usual hot weather problem. Plenty of elderly/unwell/frail people in this area. American military has been cited as using these techniques#
