Barriers blocking pavement

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3717216.

Barriers outside entrance of a place open for an event.There's a couple of bouncers standing by the barriers which are blocking the pavement which is very narrow. It's not possible to get past for people with prams of anyone in a wheelchair.
