Scaffolding obstructing pavement, 11-121 Clarence Rd

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Scaffolding was erected along the pavement along the whole building about a year ago but there have been no construction workers seen doing any work for several months. The scaffolding is an eyesore and a danger for blind and disabled pedestrians.
