Barriers blocking access to pavement

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3701055.

3 Metal barriers have been placed on the pavement outside U7 which is having an event. It's a narrow pavement which is blocked, anyone with a buggy or in a wheelchair has to go in the road to pass through. It's dangerous and inconsiderate of the owners.
