Charity unwanted donations clutter all over the pavement

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Its a common practise to use the place to leave unwanted items, old rubbish, bags full of old clothes. The council sign that fly tipping will be penalised is right above it, it is a joke, council never enforce any rules and never do anything to stop this.
