Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

I reported by phone this problem last Friday. It's been like that for several weeks but nobody else had reported it. I was told it would be looked at within 24 hours. Has it? It's a serious healthth risk in this extreme heat.

    I understand this problem was fixed at 2.30pm Friday 15 July but the smell still persists today. Was it fixed correctly?
