Yet again, fly tipping black binbags on Downham Road

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Someone keeps dumping sacks of waste in the same place on Downham Road. Every time it gets ripped open by foxes overnight. In this weather it’s getting smelly. This is the latest. Please can someone clean it up and find those responsible.
