Very dangerous driving - scooters

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Scooters doing wheelies along Church St between Albion Rd & Marton Rd (From the estate around Woodlea Road) Numerous times seen them almost lose control. This will end in serious casualties if the bike spins off from underneath them into pedestrians / kids
