Patio heaters on Broadway Market restaurants

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Restaurants such as El Ganso and Bella Vita have patio heaters on in all weathers, even recently when it was 25c. Given the climate and energy crises this seems crazy. Can something be done please?
