Health hazard from bins

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

39 Blurton Rd Bin overflowing and rubbish dumped around it. Seven bins only two used. Asked letting agent to move empty bins to near the foor and sort out the mess but he just drove off in his van. This is an ongoing issue. Stench and vermin
