Spider infested building/ thick cobwebs on windows

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3660709.

The whole building is infested with spiders. There are thick cobwebs in the windows you can’t open windows as you risk the spiders living/reproducing on the windows getting into the flats. The structure of the building makes impossible/dangerous to clean
