Dog mess

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

I contacted last week about the dog poo not being cleaned, which has led to me not able to open my windows due to the smell and flies. I was contacted today it has been resolved/fixed, but the dog poo is still there. Can I know if any action will be taken?
