Litter all over our streets

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3646477.

Once more the street was not cleaned last week - there is litter everywhere, in gutters and pavements alike. This needs to be sorted out, not by a cleaning vehicle (as there are many parked cars on the street) but by a public realm operative. Many thanks.
