Lift not working as it should be

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3646362.

Yesterday morning, I got stuck in the lift briefly while going up. I called the emergency services but by the time I got through to someone the lift moved back down to the ground floor even though there was no one on ground floor who had called the lift.
