Black bags left on street

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Someone keeps leaving their full black bags of rubbish out on the street on Celandine Drive, right next to Mermaid Court. Due to this the foxes are ripping the bags and all the contents is sprawled out all over the pavement, road and in my garden area
