Uncut hedges causing a hazard

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3633379.

The privet hedges have not been pruned for several months and so are now causing a hazard for pedestrians, especially for the disabled and blind. The hedges are overhanging the pavement by a considerable amount almost blocking the way through.
