  • 18 Cranwich is not managed by Hackney Council- it is a private property. The tree owner has a duty of care and Hackney Council will not be able to get involved in this issue between private owners: tree owners and affected neighbours. We are very sorry for not being able to assist in resolving this as this matter is outside our remit, which is managing trees growing on the land owned by Hackney Council.
