Drug users inside Fellows Court 1-62 building

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3612421.

In recent months (I've been a resident for 6yrs and this is new) non-resident drug users have been entering the building using fire keys at entrances on How's street and Appleby Street and taking drugs, playing music and storing stolen goods
