I have raised this as an issue before and the answer I received is that this bin wasn’t the council’s responsibility even though it’s marked as Hackney as per photo. This is a very windy road the contents of this bin often end up in the floor all over

  • Thank you for your report. This was passed onto the relevant Team, and they confirmed the bin is emptied and the internal bag changed daily. The area is also cleared by a crew daily and is visited by the night crew.
