Again my neighbour dumps rubbish

This is about the 15th time alone this year that this person has dumped their house rubbish on the street.

I’ve reported it and you keep saying it’s not a council problem - who’s problem is it then? As the council rubbish men keep on collecting it?

  • He’s been dumping rubbish for months and nothing has been done about him doing it. The council have been round to take photos (someone else has complained).

    There is rubbish out there front non stop.
