Quested court ,stairwell not being cleaned,

Stairwells Quested court are not being cleaned , hav,nt seen cleaner for months ,there mean,t to be cleaned weekly , we pay for this service , £ 5 a week on our rent , 40 flats here , Don't see housing officer walking around anymore filthy stairwells,
