Chatsworth Road street cleaner littering

Hello I am a resident on Glenarm Road and your street cleaner who cleans Chatsworth Road today threw all his food on the pavement. It wasn't a crumb either, nearly a whole meal of rice & chicken, its disgusting littering the streets like this !!!
