This van has no number plates and been parked outside no.25 albion drive and is occasionally moved dirrcrly opposite on the othrt side of the road. Its been like this for many many months.

    The vehicle has been logged as an abandoned vehicle but on the last inspection the vehicle was no longer at the location therefore the case has been closed.
