Bin constantly overflown

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Brownswood road is a windy street, and the rubbish in the public bin in the indicated location is constantly flying all over the floor making the street look very untidy. Can you please provide a bin with a top lid to try and address the litter issue?
