Tens smoking Cannabis on Flat 16

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The son of the residents of Flat 16 in Hexton Court smokes Cannabis on the balcony and common areas leaving an unpleasant smell all over the block. He has been asked in several opportunities to please stop but nor him or his parents seem to care or listen.
