Lots of rubbish continuously left out on the street (no bins)

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3562652.

Lots of rubbish being left on Eagle Wharf Road opposite the Royal Mail sorting office - rubbish is then blowing all down the street. This has been happening for a few weeks now. There needs to be bins put in place or litterers need to be fined.
