Smokers blocking pavement outside The Adam & Eve

Every Friday & Saturday night, many smokers stand and block the pavement outside the pub, oblivious to pedestrians trying to walk past, thus causing some to walk onto the road. This is particularly dangerous and inconsiderate towards elderly and disabled.
