Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
Abandoned vehicle in the same Private Estate Resident bay for a few months now opposite Cass House.
2 completely flat tyres, front bumper hanging off and damage on the rear and sides.
MOT expired in Feb 2022, No insurance and no parking permit.

The vehicle has still not been removed and continues to take up a private parking estate bay. Please provide an update on the investigation.

The vehicle has been inspected by members of the team and after reviewing all the evidence, they reached the conclusion that the vehicle meets the criteria for being classified as abandoned. The vehicle has been moved by a person unknown before the process was finalised therefore the case is closed.
