Cyclists racing in front of school gates

Ivy Street and Pitfield Street are full of cyclists in the morning. Loads of them do not respect pedestrians' priority . The way to school is stressful because of these cyclists who do not stop at zebra crossings and race in front of Hoxton Garden School gates. Can a way be found to remind cyclist the highway code? Like signalisation or community officers on the road? Every morning parents have to 'fight' with cyclists...
