Commercial waste in residential bins - Salwen House

People are taking out rubbish from around the area and putting it in communal residents bins. Some of the rubbish is commercial waste - discarded meat, this is being put into residents bins.

  • [...continued from original report description...] Reporting resident has gone to her bins this morning and is full of flys due to the rotting meat. this isnt the first time this issue has been reported. resident said the council have told these people to stop previously. however its now getting worse
