Pallets constantly left blocking pavement by Card Factory

The Card Factory on the Narrowway keep dumping their delivery pallets on the street outside their back door (in Gould Terrace), totally blocking the pavement and making it an unpleasant view for the homes opposite.

  • [...continued from original report description...] It also attracts other anti-social behaviour such as urination, drug-taking, and as can be seen from the image, graffiti. The number of pallets has been growing and growing. Today there are FIVE pallets for example. Please ask staff at the store to keep their pallets within the boundary of their property and out of sight. Thank you Hackney Council : )
