Dogs fouling communal garden area

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

In front of block 1-40 Chaucer Court (Milton Garden Estate) building a fenced off garden area exists. Now dogs are being allowed in to poo and make noise. The gate was previously locked so no one could enter. The lock is broken and all dog owners are permitting their dogs to foul this space. The lock needs to be replaced.
