Constant Smell Of Burning Plastic

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Someone in the local area between Drysdale Place and Kingsland Road is burning something which smells like plastic. This is a horrible odour and has started over the past two weeks and happens most days during early afternoon/evening.
