Putty around windows need replacing glass loose

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The putty around window panes has dried up and is falling out in winter get mould on inside of window where water is coming through most of panes of glass only held in by pins only a matter of time before pane of glass falls out and hurt somebody, especially bad at back of building .
